The Tuscan inspired patio features a fireplace, pizza oven, a coffered ceiling and outdoor kitchen. The kitchen has modern appliances and includes a BBQ, wine fridge and sink. This renovation has many hand-crafted elements and wooden details. The Tuscan patio is the perfect space for entertaining and enjoying La Dolce Vita. The view of the beautiful sunsets and North Shore Mountains make this space perfect for relaxing year-round.
This beautiful study renovation was created to make a dream a reality and made the most of a small space. Previous to the renovation, this was a storage room that occasionally doubled as a spare room. The goal was to create the ideal environment for the girls’ to study. Using cohesive design and attention to detail, this was achieved. The materials were carefully sourced, colors chosen for both richness but also maturity. The door was created by Sasen’s principal using reclaimed wood. Not only did the dream become a reality, but the space morphed into something entirely different and much more usable. This is evidence of how a renovation with a great design can add value no matter what the existing footprint!
